Café Windows
Today I will take a step away from my usual types of windows and visit a café with some fine and unusual windows. Stained glass windows are not very common in local businesses but this one was different.
Two very fine stained glass windows at the from of the establishment. Nicely visible from the outside as well as from the inside. Here the closeups.
I had added the photos of the neat windows tp my “Monday Window Collection”, but for some reason had not also included any exterior views. I knew I had photographed that place several times, but just could not find the photos. Somehow I had not tagged them correctly, not “café”, not by the location, not by anything that I could think of that might find them. So I spent the afternoon looking. Finally in my 2013 archive I found the photos, here is an outside view. You can see the stained glass windows to either side of the door.
And for good measure, here an interior view.
Neat place, wouldn’t you say? Alas, like so many other businesses it is no longer there. Even the windows are gone.
