Cupola Windows
One sees a lot of cupolas on businesses, houses, and other buildings. Nowadays these are mostly decorative additions. Once upon a time such structures were used to ventilate or bring light into the spaces underneath the roof. The windows are often “blind”, just made to look like windows from a distance.
