Barred and shuttered
Not particularly inviting, this window. When it comes to keeping unwelcome visitors out, this window says it all, even with the shutters open.
When you consider the location you can understand why such an unfriendly impression might be appropriate. This is a old bourbon aging house in Kentucky.
