Last week we looked at the side of the Fox Theater in Atlanta, Georgia. Before we leave this gem, let’s look up at some of the windows and brick wall designs.

Now we walk east on Ponce de Leon to see the shop windows along the lower “front” structures of the complex.

The corner looking up Peachtree Street.

This gets us to the front of the Fox with the most impressive ticket window.

There are lots of windows along Peachtree Street, Here even reflected ones. Maybe we can walk up that way …

Last week we visited the Georgian Terrace Hotel on Peachtree Street in Atlanta. This week we step across the street to the Fox Theater.

We’ll just walk along on Ponce De Leon Avenue and look at the side of the building.

Here we see the Georgian Terrace Hotel on the right in the background and the side of the Fox.

The Fox is younger, having opened in 1929 as a movie theater.
